Applecrumby Spend & Win Contest - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of Malaysia, who are 18 years or older. Employees of Applecrumby, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members and those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Applecrumby, Duchess Mercantiles Sdn Bhd.

Agreement to Terms: By entering, the participant (“You”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to accept the decisions of Applecrumby as final and binding in all respects.

Giveaways Period: The contest begins on 1st April 2025 and ends on 30th June 2025.
All entries must be submitted by 23:29pm on 30th June 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

How to Enter:

Step 1: Purchase Applecrumby products with a minimum amount of RM100 beginning from April 1st, 2025 on our authorized platform or site.

Step 2: Take a clear photo of your receipt as proof of purchase. Be sure to keep the original receipt for verification.

Step 3: Fill out the contest form and upload your receipt photo.

Step 4: Click Submit.

Each entry must follow all steps to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or those that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified.

All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Applecrumby reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Winner Selection and Prize Details: 

• A total of two (2) Grand Prize winners will be chosen through a lucky draw after the contest period. One (1) winner will be chosen from purchase via online official stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, the Applecrumby website. Another (1) winner will be chosen from purchase via offline participating retailers.

• A total of ten (10) Consolation Prize winners will be chosen through a lucky draw after the contest period: Five (5) winners will be chosen from purchase via online official stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, the Applecrumby website. Another Five (5) winners will be chosen from purchase via offline participating retailers.

• Grand Prize x 2 winners: One of the top 3 luxury diaper bags as chosen by Applecrumby followers, worth around RM10,000 ~ RM13,000 per bag x 1 unit.

• Consolation Prize x 10 winners: Personalized Applecrumby Plush Toy worth RM199 x 1 unit.

• Applecrumby reserves the right to adjust the prize distribution at its discretion.

Publicity Rights: By participating, you agree that Applecrumby may use your Instagram story, name, likeness, and comments for promotional and marketing purposes, without further compensation, in any media, worldwide, for an unlimited time.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 30 days after the contest ends

Disqualification and Modification: Applecrumby reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Applecrumby also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other causes beyond its control compromise the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.

Privacy Policy: By participating in this campaign, you hereby consent to Applecrumby, and/or such third-party appointed by Applecrumby, collecting and processing your personal data to give full effect to this Campaign, for the express purpose of informing you of your win and/or informing the public of a winner, including but not limited to sending communication to notify a win (in-app push notification, phone call and/or email), announcing your name/last 4 digits of your phone number, and/or releasing a photograph of you as the winner in our winner’s announcement.

Consent: By entering this campaign, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of the judges and Applecrumby without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of Applecrumby shall be final and conclusive.
